Poland-Toruń: Laboratory reagents
The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of reagents and consumables for the performance of 37920 critical parameter determinations together with the lease of three analysers.
Technical specification
A. Characteristics of the three analysers
A.1 Automatic Critical Parameter analysers operating in a continuous system, capable of simultaneously determining the following: pH, pCO2, pO2, ctHb, MetHb, O2Hb, HHb, COHb, Hbf, sO2, CNA+, K+, CCA++, cCl-, glucose, lactates, total bilirubin.
A.2 Power supply from 230V 50 Hz network.
A.3 Emergency power supply from built-in battery in the event of a loss of the mains power supply.
A.4 Analysts based on two consumables, i.e. multi-test sensory measurement cassettes and reagent packages containing reagents, calibrators and quality control fluids.
A.5 Cassette system enabling the size of the cassette to be selected according to the intensity of the determinations made.
A.6 Option to select measurement parameters according to the needs of the user.
A.7 Possibility of a complete panel of determinations from both capillary and syringe (gasometry, oxymetry, metabolites, electrolytes) from a sample of not more than 70 μl for the complete panel.
A.8 Sample identification time with a maximum of 1 minute printout.
A.9 Automatic mixing of the sample.
A.10 In-built daily automatic quality control at 3 levels.
A.11 Reagents integrated into the waste water container.
A.12 Durability of measuring cassettes and reagent packages, calculated from the date of installation in the apparatus, not less than 30 days.
A.13 Configure analysers to work properly with the Contracting Authority’s IT system and integrate into the hospital IT network (HIS).
A.14 Required IT system for supervising decentralised analysers (outside the laboratory) with a working station located in the laboratory.
A.15 Possibility of previewing the acid-base equilibrium map containing graphs of the patient’s performance relative to standard results.
A.16 External code readers enabling the recording of samples – items 3.
A.17 Measurement of all parameters on one measuring track with one reference electrode.
A.18 Possibility of determining up to 40 samples per hour.
A.19 The calibration time of analysers over a daily period of not more than 40 minutes.
A.20 Re-installation of a reagent packet and sensor cassette without losing other tests.
A.21 Possibility of switching off the apparatus without losing the tests remaining in the sensory cassette.
A.22 Instructions for use in Polish
A.23 Software and messages in Polish.
A.24 An Oryginal prospectus with a list of technical parameters and its translation into Polish.
A.25 Installation, commissioning and training in the price of the offer.
A.26 The record of the training provided must include a personal list of the persons trained, endorsed by their signature.
