Since 1 January 2020, CIVIS has exercised the powers of Drinking Water, Collective Sanitation, Non-Collective Sanitation and Urban Rainwater Management of the small water cycle. It is also the competent authority for Aquatic Environment Management and Flood Prevention (GEMAPI). The purpose of the intellectual services contract is to carry out a study on the development of an inter-municipal master plan for integrated stormwater management (SDIGIEP) on the territory of CIVIS in Réunion (Dept. 974). The contract is broken down into 7 lots. Each lot is broken down into the following phases: a firm tranche (TF) concerns the performance of the following various tasks: Phase 1: State of play and data collection, phase 2: Diagnosis, phase 3: Construction of the master plan, phase 4: Rainfall Zoning and Regulation (excluding Environmental Assessment). For each lot, the optional tranche concerns: Phase 4 of the Rain Zoning and Regulation - Environmental Assessment mission.
