Description

The city of Müncheberg is planning to build a supplementary extension to an existing school and hoarding building on the grounds of the Müncheberg primary school. The building will serve as an extension to the primary school and supplement it with 8 classrooms, a teacher's room, a cafeteria and various necessary adjoining rooms, such as teacher's room, library and toilets. The building is to be planned sustainably in wooden construction with board pile ceilings and wooden frame & board pile walls on a load-bearing concrete floor slab. The building is designed as a skeleton structure with wooden supports and few load-bearing and stiffening walls. Serial prefabrication of the wooden elements is sought to reduce assembly times and construction noise. The facade is to be designed as a ventilated facade. On the ground floor with reused clinkers and on the upper floors with curtain wall in wood. The service includes the planning including the following listed engineering services as a stage contract without entitlement to commissioning all stages / service phases. The performance phases 1 and 2 have already been completed and incorporated into the architect's preliminary design. Corresponding documents will be made available when the order is placed.
