Description

The work programme shall focus in particular on:
(1) improving energy performance (climate plan work): enclosures, dwellings and communal areas;
(2) reclassification;
(3) the vegetation of façades and courses.
The work must be organised in such a way as to allow permanent access to halls, common premises, residents and emergency facilities.
The contract includes the execution of complex works on a residence partly served by pedestrian space and with energy objectives to be achieved.
