Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of two water rescue cars for a specialized group of water rescue and diving readiness level Cchem. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is provided in Annex No 1.1, 1.2 to the FTZ: a) part 1 - delivery of 1 water rescue car for a specialist group of water rescue and diving preparedness level Cchem. b) part 2 - delivery of 1 water rescue car for a specialist group of water rescue and diving preparedness level Cchem. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 1.1, 1.2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract be brand new and comply with all applicable standards and regulations. Place of performance, end-user: a) part 1 – PSP Warsaw City Headquarters b) part 2 – PSP Przemyśl City Headquarters. Equipment supplied in all parts should be brand new, unused and not exposed at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, safe, in accordance with applicable standards and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet minimum technical and functional requirements. The Ordering Party requests the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submission of tenders if there are circumstances that make the continuation of the procedure unjustified. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, it may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. KW PSP Rzeszów acts on behalf of other PSP units on the basis of the agreement concluded on the joint preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure, the list of Contracting Parties / Recipients and Users is attached as Annex 1 to the agreement - List of Recipients
