Description

The tender concerns the procurement and provision of winter services on approximately 600 km of public roads and approximately 15 km of public paths and sidewalks. The total tender includes 14 lots - 11 lane routes and 3 pavement and path routes. The Winter Service is carried out in accordance with the current Winter and Cleaning Regulations for Skive Municipality. The latest version is available on Skive Municipality’s website, search for Winter Regulations.For a more detailed description of the services offered, including the requirements to be met by the services, see Draft contract, Annex 2 – Terms and Instructions, Annex 3 – Route map and Annex 4 – Offer list. The tendered contract is valid from 10.10.2026 to 31.08.2030. The contract may be extended by 2 x up to 12 months, cf. point 3 of the contract. The tender is carried out as an open procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Act, LBK No 116 of 03/02/2025, which means that anyone who is not covered by the grounds for exclusion, cf. point . 6 and meet any minimum requirements, may submit a tender. An information meeting will be held on 25 August 2026 at 15.00. The meeting will be held at Gyrovej 5, 7800 Skive. Registration must be done via Mercell. The closing date for registration is set out in point 4 Indicative timetable. If no registrations have been received after the deadline, the meeting will be cancelled.
