Description

1. The subject of the order is the delivery in 2025 of lifts of light combat figures with the possibility of additional functions (raising the shield, rotating the shield, swinging the shield from behind the obstacle, swinging display of the shield). 2. 1 set/set includes: pilot, tablet and 10 lifts meeting the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 5 to the SWZ – Operational and Technical Requirements (WET). 3. The type (assortment) and quantity of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form. 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract. 5. The subject-matter of the contract is described in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 6. Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ - Operational and Technical Requirements (WET). 7. The contractor's quality management system must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. 8. Prior to delivery of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor shall provide training to users/operators under the conditions laid down in the procurement documents. 9. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right under the conditions specified in the procurement documents. 10. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests that the contractor submit with the offer the means of proof specified in the SWZ. 11. The ordering party does not require a deposit. 12. The contracting authority shall require the lodging of a performance bond.
