Description

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract pursuant to the Model Contract for the Provision of Services between the Client and the Consultant pursuant to FIDIC WHITE BOOK, 5th edition, 2017, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) as the 2nd edition in 2019, and other related documents, with the selected contractor (‘the Contract’). On the basis of the Contract, the selected contractor will provide the Contractor with services in the realisation of Work 1 in accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions for the Construction of Ground and Civil Engineering Networks of Buildings Designed by the Client pursuant to FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents constituting the Contract for Work (‘the Contract for Work’), and Work 2 implemented pursuant to the Contract for Work (concluded with a different contractor). The subject of the contractor’s services is the performance of activities related to the realisation of the Work, namely the demolition of existing buildings and the subsequent construction of a new laboratory building by the contractor, as well as the implementation of a transport system of clinical samples (pipe post) (hereinafter ‘pipe post’) by the contractor of the Pipe Post. As part of the performance of the Contract, the Supplier shall perform the activities stipulated in the Contract vis-à-vis both Contractors to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of the individual parts of the Work. The subject of the Supplier's services is also supervision, control and cooperation in the implementation of direct deliveries to the selected Contractor by the Contracting Authority.
