Description

De Aanbestedende Overheid is op zoek naar enerzijds partners die verantwoordelijk zullen zijn voor o.a. het preventief onderhoud van de HVAC-installaties en/of het reinigen van de luchtkanalen, verspreid over verschillende locaties. Het doel hiervan is het waarborgen van betrouwbare, veilige en efficiënt werkende HVAC-installaties en luchtkanalen. Anderzijds wenst het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg een samenwerking aan te gaan met een partner die zal instaan voor de levering van luchtfilters, die nodig zijn voor het uit te voeren onderhoud. Het preventief onderhoud van HVAC-installaties en de levering van luchtfilters zijn uit te voeren op campus Sint-Jan, campus Sint-Barbara en het Medisch Centrum André Dumont. Het reinigen van luchtkanalen dient uitgevoerd te worden op campus Sint-Jan, campus Sint-Barbara, het Medisch Centrum André Dumont en ZOL Maas en Kempen. De opdracht zal in detail omschreven worden in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure, zijnde de gunningsfase. De geraamde waarde voor de realisatie van de hier voorliggende opdracht, bedraagt +/- € 1.510.000 (exclusief BTW).
