The main purpose of these framework agreements is to ensure, throughout the city of Lyon, the installation, removal, storage of heavy panels, signalling kits and light panels (Lot 1) and the supply, delivery and maintenance of specific signs and panels for the City of Lyon (Lot 2). They shall be concluded for an initial period from 01/02/2026 or from their date of notification, whichever is later (effective date), until 31/01/2028.
