Description

The procurement of development services is carried out in the context of the implementation by the contracting authority of the project entitled ‘Development of a digitalised IT system in the field of veterinary health and food safety (SIDISVA)’, SMIS code: 336342. The project, financed from the ERDF through PoCIDIF, has the general objective of increasing the digitalisation of NSVFSA through the development of the SIDISVA information system, the development of the internal system of public services and the integration of SIDISVA into the Government Cloud ecosystem. The implementation of the project will transform the way NSVFSA manages food safety and animal health, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency and adaptability to modern requirements. Through the proposed digital solutions, NSVFSA will become a more agile institution, ready to respond to the current and future needs of Romanian citizens and companies. Deadlines for submitting/ responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 21 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the NSVFSA will send the consolidated reply to the requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were sent within the deadline laid down in the contract notice. Any request for clarifications or additional information must be submitted to SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro.), after the economic operator will register for the award procedure, published through the SEAP Contract Notice.
