Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medicines and medicinal products in the range and quantities listed in Annex 2 to the IDW – Product and Quantitative Form.
2. The subject of the contract offered must meet the contracting authority’s requirements set out in the Product Quantitative Form, be new and ready for use as intended.
3. The subject matter offered must be authorised for marketing and use as a medicinal product (only for medicines).
4. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for individual lots. This contract consists of 23 lots. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots.
5. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to perform the essential parts of the contract in person.
6. The contracting authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 29. 3a of the Act (employment on the basis of an employment contract).
7. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67. Points 1(6) and (7).
