The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and consumables for peritoneal dialysis in the ADO (automatic peritoneal dialysis) and CADO (continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis) system along with the lease of equipment (cyclers, heaters) on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and on dates resulting from the concluded contract.
