Description

The tender concerns cleaning and window cleaning of all Aalborg Utility sites, including pumping stations, heating stations, decentralised plants, wastewater treatment plants and the administration buildings (Norbis Park and Gasværksvej) located in Aalborg Municipality. The contract offered includes cleaning of office space, meeting rooms, changing/bathing facilities, toilets, warehouse, canteen, laboratories, workshops, basements and the like as well as window cleaning. The task does not include industrial cleaning. For a further description of the scope and nature of the task, please refer to Annex 2A - contract and its annexes, in particular Annex 2B - specification of requirements. Please note that some of the locations are subject to special guidelines for stay and performance of services. Thus, some of the sites are classified as risk activities (Order No 372 of 25 April 2016, as amended), and some sites are subject to the Sewage Order (Order No 473 of 7 October 1983, as amended). Furthermore, in some locations there is a strong focus on drinking water safety, which is why the guidelines in the certification ISO 22000 (food safety) must be observed. The Supplier shall perform the services in compliance with the guidelines resulting from these specific regulations and certification. The tender is carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with Sections 58-60 of the Public Procurement Act. A public contract is being put out to tender that can be used by Aalborg Utility and its subsidiaries regarding cleaning services and window cleaning. The contract is concluded with Aalborg Service A/S, as the contract holder. Contract management and administration of the contract shall be carried out by the Contracting Authority.
