Description

1. Successive supplies of the medicinal product Belantamab to the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Oncology Institute - National Research Institute of the Gliwice Branch 2. The contract is divided into lots: 1) Aethanol 2) Albumin B 3) Chemotherapy 8 4) Peginterferon 5) Tisagenlecleucel 3. Order mode: Direct order Legal basis: Article 214(b) 1 point 6) of the PZP Act. 4. Planned implementation date: successively for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the Customer's financial limit for the performance of the contract specified in § 3 sec. 1 of the Agreement. The contract expires when the nominal amount of the contract has been exhausted or the period for which it was concluded has ended, whichever is the earlier. 5.
