Description

Online Market Information Building Surveillance: General refurbishment of the routes Munich – Rosenheim and Rosenheim – Salzburg in 2027 For the project General Refurbishment High Performance Network (GSH) of the routes Munich – Rosenheim (STRECKENNR). 5510) and Rosenheim – Salzburg (STRECKENNR. 5703) in 2027. By 2030, the railway intends to renovate around 40 busy lines, including seven in Bavaria. The aim is to renew busy and refurbished routes within the shortest possible period of time. The Munich – Rosenheim section will be renovated in the first half of the year and Rosenheim-Salzburg (main line 5510 from Waldtrudering to Rosenheim) in the second half of the year (main route 5703 from Rosenheim to Freilassing). By general refurbishment, we mean a bundled renewal of all trades over several months: Tracks and switches, overhead lines, signal technology, bridges and level crossings as well as stations and platforms are being renewed and updated. Both routes form an important part of the European transport axis SCAN-MED. Many freight trains between Northern Europe and Southern Europe, long-distance services between Germany and Austria as well as various public transport lines operate on the route. As a result of this strong uptake, there is a great need for remediation. For the planning and construction phase of the current state of knowledge, the range of services offered in the upcoming construction monitoring tender comprises in particular the following activities: • Provision of security monitoring, in particular for upstream measures • Application for operating and construction instructions (Betra) • Takeover of the tasks of the Technical Authorised Persons (TB 4.2) • Coordination and instruction of all persons/companies involved in technical matters • Review of the work to be carried out and identify and eliminate defects • Creation, updating and monitoring of the schedule • Documentation of the construction progress via construction diary • Audit of invoices and control of cost items • Ensure compliance with work and environmental protection and operational safety • Bodies of the management of construction supervision on site • Use on site for upstream measures as well as during the main construction phase • Contact person for the construction company as well as the management of the project
