1.The subject of the order is the purchase of maintenance services for the ECI hardware and software owned by the Ordering Party. The services are to be provided on working days – 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00 or 6.00 to 22.00 (depending on the content of the tender of the selected Contractor). 2.The list of the Ordering Party's hardware and software subject to maintenance services is contained in Annex No. 9 to the FTZ 3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex No. 8 to the FTZ.
