The purpose of this public procurement is to conclude a Framework Agreement with 3 (three) tenderers, which does not lay down all the conditions, for the award of public procurement contracts for the implementation of the activities related to the assessment of compliance of investment projects, by drawing up a comprehensive report on compliance with the essential requirements under Article 169(1)(1) to (6) of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), in compliance with the requirements of Article 142(5) of the SDA, exercising construction supervision during the construction of sites in accordance with Articles 166 and 168 of the SDA in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the SDA and the relevant secondary legislation, drawing up a technical passport of the site in accordance with Article 176b of the SDA and within the scope set out in Article 4 of Regulation No 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the construction works and drawing up the necessary documentation for the acceptance of the site by the Contracting Authority, as well as putting it into operation. The scope, basic parameters and conditions under which the activities included in the public procurement will be performed will be determined at each specific award by conducting an internal competitive choice under the procedure of Article 82(4) of the Public Procurement Act.
