The services comprise basic services and, if necessary depending on requirements, additional services in the field of: structural, partitioning, false ceiling, joinery and locksmithery, floor covering, wallpapering and painting, electrical, and HVAC and plumbing works.
Lot N°1 Title : Architecture
In order to refurbish the 4th floor of the Mercier Building, the successful tenderer for the lot must carry out structural, partitioning, false ceiling, joinery and locksmithery, floor covering, and wallpapering and painting works.
Lot N°2 Title : Electricity
In order to refurbish the 4th floor of the Mercier Building, the successful tenderer for the lot must carry out electrical works.
Lot N°3 Title : HVAC and plumbing
In order to refurbish the 4th floor of the Mercier Building, the successful tenderer for the lot must carry out HVAC and plumbing works.
