This report provides an overview of the stakeholder consultation activities that were carried out as part of the Impact Assessment Support Study on the Directives of the Roadworthiness Package (RWP). The main body of this report outlines the consultation strategy, activities and methodology, along with the methodologies used for the various analyses and includes a high-level analysis of the responses to the various consultation activities. The Annexes of the report include the consultation tools, e.g. survey and interview questions, relevant graphs (e.g. those relating to the closed questions in both the survey and the Open Public Consultation (OPC)) and an analysis of the Commission’s consultation activities, e.g. the Inception Impact Assessment (IIA) and the OPC.
