Production, trade and consumption in and outside the EU - Study
The study, which concerns only caviar and not sturgeon, covers the following topics: 1. Production of caviar in each European Union (EU) Member State per species and per year; 2. EU production and other main producing regions / continents; 3. Consumption of caviar in each Member State per species and per year and, if available, details on place of sales (supermarkets, HORECA, premium retailers ("gourmet shops"); 4. Consumption in the EU and in other regions / continents; 5. Imports and exports per year and species (intra and extra-EU).
