This scoping note has been prepared for the third meeting of a European Consultation Group, which was formed by the European Commission with a view to developing a European approach to micro-credentials. The theme for the third meeting, which took place the 16th and the 17th of September, was focused on financial and non-financial drivers and enablers to support the development and uptake of micro-credentials.
