The Client Centricity initiative aims to put the clients of EU funding opportunities at the centre of future developments. This means that the clients’ perspective will be embedded in the early steps of future changes to the Funding & Tenders Portal, the single entry point for EU programmes & procurement opportunities. This report includes insights into the Portal clients and summarizes the results of two consultations launched last year to gather data on the experience of F&T Portal clients and to identify key areas for improvement. It includes the findings of a general survey launched in May and subsequent rounds of dedicated virtual feedback sessions involving 76 beneficiaries of the F&T Portal.
