The European Progress Microfinance Facility (Progress Microfinance), launched in 2010, aims to increase access to microfinance throughout Europe. Microfinance is a vital tool in encouraging growth, giving people who might not otherwise have the opportunity the chance to realise their entrepreneurial ambitions. The Progress Microfinance leaflet gives an overview of the ways in which the initiative promotes employment and social inclusion in Europe and details how people can apply for microcredit.
