This report presents findings from a first-of-its-kind survey examining access and barriers to cancer-related healthcare services for people with disabilities across the European Union. Commissioned under the EU4Health 2022 work programme, the study employed a mixed-methods approach and gathered views from 1,790 respondents with disabilities to investigate disparities in accessing cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical trials.
