Phase 2 : supporting the interim evaluation of Horizon Europe

This is a supporting annex to the Innovative Europe evaluation study which presents the support to innovation provided by the EU Research and Innovation Framework Programme - Horizon Europe. This study assesses whether interventions and actions supporting innovation under the Horizon Europe Framework Programme achieved their objectives, what worked well and less well. The programmes parts analysed in this study are: the European Innovation Council, the European Innovation Ecosystems, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Knowledge and Innovation Communities. The study also includes an analysis of the contribution of the whole Framework Programme to the Innovative Europe objectives, including the Joint Research Centre actions.
