Securitatea cu un zâmbet

Napo, eroul unei serii de filme de animație, prezintă într-un mod amuzant, dar care incită la dezbateri, teme importante legate de securitatea și sănătatea în muncă (SSM) și de prevenirea riscurilor. Napo și colegii lui se exprimă fără a folosi cuvinte, astfel încât orice persoană, provenind din orice mediu și din orice cultură, poate să înțeleagă și să se regăsească în personajul său – de la
tinerii angajați până la cadrele de conducere. Napo este angajatul tipic, care ar putea lucra în orice industrie sau sector. Adesea, el și colegii lui sunt expuși unor pericole și situații riscante întâlnite frecvent la locul de muncă, dar se implică activ în identificarea riscurilor și le propun șefilor soluții practice. Napo a devenit acum ambasadorul principal al Campaniilor pentru locuri de muncă sigure și sănătoase derulate de EU-OSHA, iar multe dintre filmele care îl au ca protagonist fac referire la aceste campanii sau vin în sprijinul lor.
