The scope of this call for tender is the provision of a first level helpdesk for the users of the Publications Office's electronic services (lot 1) and the provision of surveys about the same products (lot 2):
Lot no1: First level helpdesk for users of the Publications Office's electronic services and other products. Provision of information and assistance (by telephone, fax, mail or e-mail, as well as other future forms of electronic delivery) to the users of electronic and other products, services, and activities of the Publications Office.
Lot no 2: Surveys assessing the impact and the effectiveness of the Publications Office's publications and online services
Conducting surveys (mainly via e-mail, social media and dedicated websites) assessing the impact and the effectiveness of the Publications Office's publications and online services.
