The purpose of the call for tender is the selection of 1 economic operator for, the provision of the codification services and the provision of services in connection with the evaluation of the transposition by Member States of Community legislation.
How to participate ?
If you are interested or intend to make an offer for a call for tender procedure,
- please insert your name and e-mail address on our Registration Form
or
- send a request by letter or a fax or an e-mail to opoce-appels-offres@publications.europa.eu after the publication of the contract notice, containing the following information:
- reference and title of the call for tenders,
- company name with full postal address,
- contact person’s name, phone number, fax number and e-mail address.
Within six days after the receipt of your request, we will dispatch the tendering specifications.
On the other hand, you will personally receive, by registered letter and fax and/or courier all additional clarifications and information regarding this call for tender.
These documents are also available electronically on this website as soon as possible, but please notice that, even if the electronic files available on this homepage should be correct, the printed version, which is sent by mail, prevails.
Should you no longer wish to receive documents regarding this call for tender, please let us know by post, fax or courier.
