1) Receiving municipal waste from real estate, which is partly real estate on which residents live, and partly real estate on which residents do not live, and the activity specified in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" of 20 October 2020 on organizing the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, located in the area of municipalities - members of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" and repealing Resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle of 6 June 2016 on organizing the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, located in the area of municipalities - members of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" (mixed real estate), 2) Collection of municipal waste from real estate on which residents do not live, and the activity specified in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" of 20 October 2020 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, located in the area of municipalities – members of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" and repealing Resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle of 6 June 2016 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, located in the area of municipalities – members of the Inter-municipal Association "Clean Region" (uninhabitable real estate) 3) Equipment of real estate referred to in points 1 and 2 in containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in quantity and capacity consistent with the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Inter-municipal Association "Cle Region", with the exception of containers for the separate collection of ash on uninhabited property.
