EU Bookshop online survey 2013 — Results
Last autumn we launched an online survey to get direct feedback about EU Bookshop from customers and visitors. It targeted both the general public and ‘privileged users’ (EU contact points in Europe and worldwide).
Respondents were generally satisfied with the service, and more than 91% of them said would definitely recommend EU Bookshop.
We thank them for their constructive feedback and for suggesting enhanced search options, the availability of more printed copies for direct orders and better follow-up of orders.
TED eTendering
At the end of 2013, in the scope of the electronic procurement strategy of the European Commission, the Publications Office opened its TED eTendering application to all EU institutions, bodies and agencies.
Now, all contracting authorities from the EU institutions and bodies can publish their calls for tender and technical specifications, and at the same time publish the relevant notices on TED. In addition, the economic operators are now able to ask questions about the calls for tender and receive the answer via the eTendering application.
