Market conference /dialogue conference Renovation Veggli school
Rollag municipality invites relevant contractors to a dialogue conference for the renovation of Veggli School. GOAL WITH THE DIALOGUE CONFERENCE The objective of the dialogue conference is to: · Inform about the project ́s extent and time frame. · Present the municipality ́s expectations and requirements to contractors. · Collect inputs and proposals from suppliers in order to ensure the best possible solutions. · Promote an open and constructive dialogue between the municipality and potential tenderers. TENDER PROCESS The tender for the renovation of Veggli School will be announced in February. The municipality would like to use the dialogue conference as an arena for input and proposals from contractors before the announcement, so that the tender documents can be adapted and optimised based on the feedback.
