The second interim report of the Expert Group on support of the strategic coordinating process for partnerships provides a framework for all four reports on the Performance of European Partnerships also known as Biennial Monitoring Report expected during Horizon Europe. It describes the process leading towards the first Biennial Monitoring Report (published in May 2022), and puts forward a proposal for drafting the future reports, including the outline of the process, structure, suggested indicators, methodologies, data sources and data collection methods. The first interim report of the Expert Group (published in June 2021) developed a robust and harmonised framework for reporting and monitoring on the progress made by all forms of European Partnerships.
