Miscellaneous construction materials in wood. To manufacture and deliver (to South Kensington, London) wooden drawers (in two sizes called main and accession) with a removable clear glass lid to store entomological specimens.
Manufacturers will need to adhere to strict material and performance specification.
For example:
The lids must fit the drawer in a manner that prevents pest and dust ingress.
The manufacturer will be required to use sustainable materials that also meet the collection conservation standards of the Museum.
Submission of Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires. This tender will be managed via the e-tendering service of Delta-e-sourcing. Suitable candidates will be short listed from PQQ's received and invited to tender.
The deadline for submitting your response(s) is 25.7.2013 17:00. Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time to upload your PQQ to the Delta e-sourcing site prior to the closing time.
