DSS would like, via this procurement, to establish framework agreements within 2 different professional areas connected to project and change management.
The 1 framework agreement shall be signed for project and change management within each individual professional area. The disciplines included in the framework agreement are:
1. General project and change management;
2. Project management within building and construction.
Each individual professional area that a framework agreement shall be awarded for is a separate competition. The tenders must therefore be clearly marked with which professional area the tender is for, this shall be apparent on the front page of the original tender as well as in the tender letter.
Tenders can be submitted for one or several professional areas.
Service providers who will submit a tender for several professional areas must submit a complete tender for each individual professional area they would like to submit a tender for.
Joint tenders for both professional areas cannot be submitted (I.e. with dependency between each other, e.g. a condition that one must win both professional areas).
